Return & Refund Policy

At EVX Customs, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

Custom-made, personalized, and 3D printed products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
